Idea Incubation

Invisibles in the City

Identifying people’s genuine needs is the first step in public welfare.
In order to inspire university students to pay attention to social issues, enhance insight, innovation, and leadership skills, and foster a spirit of service and social responsibility, E-Youth City Hubs jointly launched a youth public welfare initiative, “Invisibles in the City” in 2023. Through the “Invisibles in the City”, we hope to connect with more young university students who want to start altruistic action. Together, we can create a good change for the society.

In October 2023, we launched the first season of the “Invisibles in the City” program in 8 cities (Xi’an, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Harbin, Beijing, Changchun, Ürümqi, and Changsha). A total of 432 students from 86 universities signed up, and 196 students participated in the offline activities.
In March 2024, the second season of the “Invisibles in the City” program continued in 8 cities across the country (Xi’an, Changsha, Changchun, Dalian, Harbin, Beijing, Ürümqi, and Hangzhou). This time, 1,331 students from 299 universities registered, with 243 students participating in the offline events.
We encourage young students to take action, starting in their cities. Step out of the campus and go out on the streets to see real people, to listen, to observe, and to understand their “invisible” needs.

Social Enterprise Incubation

E-Youth College Social Enterprise Incubator

In May 2024, E-Youth launched the “E-Youth College Social Enterprise Incubator”. E-Youth is dedicated to finding authentic student project leaders who are ready to face the challenges of our time and take on social responsibility (students are defined as full-time undergraduates or graduate students with no full-time work experience and under the age of 30).

“E-Youth College Social Enterprise Incubator” will provide a 9-month deep incubation program for project leaders who are committed to social responsibility and engaged in social innovation. We require a 3% equity donation to the E-Youth public welfare platform to provide long-term support for youth development.

We promise to equip these founders with scientific and practical tools, mentors, and peer communities to help them build early-stage business acumen and enable their sense of social responsibility to positively impact real audiences and real needs, creating meaningful social change.

Startup Incubation

TruePhil

TruePhil is a virtual incubator that firmly believes in young entrepreneurs (current students or graduates within 5 years, under the age of 30, and pre-angel investment stage). By connecting with enterprises and hundreds of mentors with practical industry experience, we deeply and systematically accompany the growth of the new generation of entrepreneurs for at least six months.

TruePhil provides each incubated founder with a flexible, personalized, and supportive mentor team, along with business and management tools, monthly accountability group meetings, and a peer community. This helps them stay true to their original mission, innovate for good, avoid detours on their entrepreneurial journey, and not feel alone.

Since the inception of our incubation recruitment in 2021, TruePhil has connected entrepreneurial community resources from global universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, The University of Hong Kong, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, National University of Singapore, University of Sydney, and Columbia University. TruePhil has signed incubation agreements with 36 youth entrepreneurial projects from these universities, focusing on complex technology, educational research and study, new consumer sectors and more. TruePhil maintains deep collaborations with over 830 project teams.

TruePhil offers in-depth support and accompaniment to new-generation entrepreneurs for at least 6 months.
We provide customized incubation services for projects at no cost.
We hope to agree with the teams to donate 1% of the incubated project’s equity to the E-Youth to support long-term youth development.

Youth for Greater Good Expo

Since 2021, E-Youth has been committed to creating the annual “Youth for Greater Good Expo”, a diverse youth public welfare innovation event that brings together university organizations, corporate support, and youth participation. On the stage of this expo, over 100 project teams from more than 200 universities showcase how contemporary university students create positive change in their communities through entrepreneurial actions.
“Youth for Greater Good Expo” provides ongoing support to student change-makers through funding, business consultancy, and deep incubation connections. It has incubated inspiring student-led social enterprise projects such as CareRare, FingerDance, and Explore Elements. It has also fostered 39 outstanding entrepreneurs who have been listed on the Forbes China 30 Under 30 list.

Starting in 2024, we aim to focus on project teams with the determination and motivation to drive long-term sustainable development. The new evaluation criteria will emphasize whether the participating project teams demonstrate genuine and passionate entrepreneurial spirit.
